For our abused sisterss

So many abused sisters keep their mental and physical abuse a secret some even believe that things will get better. They live in

denial, they refuse to face reality...until it is too late. I hope this poem encourages those who are abused to get help. They do no have to live this way. I always felt that gifts after abuse were "guilt presents". If you are abused, please get out of the relationship.

My current husband would never harm me...please do not let your husband harm you and then offer you guilt presents. Once you are hit, it only gets worse. Don't end up in your grave because of your refusal to listen...be strong, have courage, and strive to be independant.

A man who beats his wife is not a man at all...get help if this is happening to you. You do not have to live with such mental and physical abuse....there is help out there...find it and live Lany
