Dear Canadian Connection --

I used to work with the White & Meany firm (Charlotte Mahlum's attorneys who won against Dow Chemical in 1995, which was affirmed on appeal in Dec. 1998). Several people on the internet are already familiar with my work. Unfortunately, I am not financially in a position to accept breast implant cases. However, I am available to try and answer questions and provide general information. I may also be able to serve as local counsel (Nevada counsel) for any out of state attorneys pursuing cases in Nevada. My new office is one of general practice, focusing in the areas of personal injury, product liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, family law, and debtor/creditor collections. I am only licensed to practice in the State of Nevada.
