Jussta Update

 I wanted to share how very grateful I am this holiday season. So much has changed in my life that I hardly know where to begin. I was not certain how much 'staying' power I had after dying on the operating table once again last July. Now I am ready to share a bit more with you.

When I died, I told the White Light that I would NOT return unless my life was drastically changed. I absolutely refused to come back to being on death's door almost every day. The White Light promised me that my life would be drastically changed. The White Light also promised that I will always be very generously provided for and richly, richly rewarded. When I asked the White Light about my health, the White Light replied, "All is as nothing.."

My life has drastically changed. I used to spend most of my days in bed or resting. I was so exhausted and weak from the silicone poisoning that I would plan one thing a day to accomplish or do - and that was not very much, and usually involved a doctor or dentist appointment. Other than about 9 or 10 days following surgery - I have spent two or three days in bed RESTING, reading and relaxing and savoring the comfort of my bed. Something which was impossible to do when I was so very ill.

Otherwise, I am constantly active. I walk on the beach - up to 2 1/2 miles per day. I dance around my beach cottage and sing - just to be singing. I enjoy the sunrise on many days, and on other days I cherish the sunset with many oohs and aahs. I am doing major vegetarian cooking.

I sent Sunshine (my baby girl d..o..g), Thunder and Lightning with Greg to Texas. My intuition told me that I needed a break, some freedom, to come and go when I felt like it. Besides, I also 'knew' that Wookie, Greg's new puppy, would need Sunshine. Greg had adopted Thunder and Lightning when we were roommates in Silver Lake and I kept them these past five or six years because he lived in places that did not permit pets. Turns out he is thrilled to have all the babies. Of course, his travels with four animals moving to Texas is really hilarious. Wish I could share his desperate voice mail messages while he was on the road.... I laugh just thinking about it! ROFL!

Right after Greg left, I made some great local friends and my long time friends have been coming down to visit.

I have volunteered at the local Library. I was a host at the Harry Potter party and went to the movie along with about 400 children and their parents. The ABC News reporter wore my beautiful cape to report on the story. I looked lovely. I also volunteered in the Literacy Program and took a one day training and am now about to be matched up with my Tutee (learner:). It feels so wonderful to be able to contribute!

It is now over four months since I died on the operating table - can you believe four months??????? I am still a non-smoker - although I have had my moments of outrageous cravings with all this major stress.

Part of me was trying to rationalize smoking again because of putting on so much weight. I just refuse to buy into that. I have so much freedom, that is what I am cherishing and appreciating. So I have been praying for this excess weight to leave me healthy and smoke free for eternity. My prayer was answered immediately when I saw an item on the evening news called Get Slim Slippers. I immediately telephoned the company - I just knew the principles would work - it all made sense. To make a long story short. I have become a dealer.

I had surgery on both my feet to remove ingrown toenails about a month ago, so I have just now been able to wear them. But I tell you - it is amazing. Wearing the slippers in the morning while getting ready for my day and then a bit in the evening, they have already begun to reshape my body! My waist has gone in an inch and a half and my abdomen is now tightening up and become like a basketball as it is being tightened and flattened because the reflexology of these slippers is putting my intestines and inner organs back where they belong and tightening everything up! I have just set up a page on the Get Slim Slippers on my Jussta web site and also another one just about the slippers.

I have an incredible amount of energy. I am waking up at 5:00 a.m. every day naturally! I am groaning because what am I going to do at 5:00 a.m.??? It really is pretty funny waking up in the dark wide awake! Ha!

I knew that the White Light drastically changed my life. I was praying it was not too much to ask to take away the silicone poisoning. I do not know if the White Light (Holy Ghost) took away the silicone poisoning, but what I will tell you is that I no longer have ten inch screws turning in my bones. I am no longer exhausted with the least amount of exertion. I have energy. My memory and comprehension are back - stronger than ever. I laugh easily and get the giggles.

One of the biggest changes for which I am very grateful and thank full is that I can count on having energy. I can feel it building stronger every day.

My teeth are still breaking off and falling out - but now I have enough energy to want to get them fixed...thus the visits to Mexico listed below.

I am considering taking a seven day cruise along the Mexican Riviera - either before or after my next surgery on my right wrist and right elbow (both at the same time) on December 13th at 1:00 p.m. - your prayers are appreciated.

For sure, I want to visit San Miguel de Allende and Lake Chapala in central Mexico.

I even went to my 40th High School Reunion the beginning of this month and had a blast. I danced almost every dance! It was great to see my high school classmates again!

My landlady now says she is not going to tear down my quaint and precious miracle home until the end of next summer.

I also added another page to my writing section on my web site entitled: If There Were Only 100 People On Earth This has been passed around the internet, but I wanted to make sure people had a chance to read it.
