Joanne,
I had pains in my legs in the middle of the night - like small electric shocks, used to wake me up and made it impossible to go back to sleep - and then someone put me onto magnesium tablets. This helped enormously.. then I discovered "Mag Phos" homeopathic tissue salts. If you can get these they don't have the disadvantage of taking large amounts of magnesium, and you can virtually take them as often as you need. I found that after taking these regularly for a few months I only need to use them very occasionally. My mother has restless leg syndrome, and I suggested she try them and she also found they stopped it.

Along with all the other problems, does any onee have restless leg syndrome?
My legs are driving me crazy. They jerk from my hip on down. I feel like I'm jumping out of my skin. When I feel like I can't take it anymore I take a pain pill and a sleeping pill.
