I'am wondering if any others out there can relate to this situation. Many of us have Chronic Fatigue Syndrone and the awful cognitive problems that go with it. Well recently I saw a neurologist for a number of my neuro symptoms and was sent for many tests over the last 2 months. Today I recieved the results of the neuro pych report. I'am so angry that I don't know what to do. I feel so un-validated!!!

I told the neuro-pych doctor that I had memory problems, the brain fog and just felt cognitively awful much of the time. I tried to explain that the symptoms vary each day and as most of you know it ccan and does vary with intensity even during the course of the day. I also explained to him that I have an anxiety disorder. As far as I'am concerned they are two seperate things, one can and does exaserbate the other but they are two seperate things. I had the anxiety disorder before I got sick with the cfs symptoms. Anyway don't you know the way the report came back!! It sounds like he's saying its all anxiety related. He makes its sound as though if I did poorly on testing it was probably becuase of the anxiety disorder...

Has anyone else encountered a similar situation as this? I'am so mad right now. I don't know how to deal with this. Thanks all for listening to me vent.
