Ladies, Those of you who took the diet drug combinations, were supposed to have your paper work turned in by March 30. I will check to see, if any attorney is still taking cases, or if there is a late filing date. I was watching T.V. last evening, an it seems the manufactures of breast implants, have taught the other manufactures well. The manufactures of the dangerous diet drugs, have now paid for their own studies to be run. the breast implant manufactures have set a precedent, for all other major corporations to follow. When you don't like what the Truth Is...pay for Lies, bias studies, and then promote this as the truth. Then hire a HUGH PR firm, and let them promote them in magazines, on TV an in the news. This can tie up litigation for years, while the judicial system is being coerced too, you can even hire a panel of experts, and let them eat with those who they are investigation. The judge won't mind, it's the good ole boy system were under now. Those who can offer perks to congress persons, and your representatives, are gaining strength in the judicial system now.
The few remaining rights your were entitled to by law, are up for sale now, $$ money can buy just about anything...except respect! Those who have watched this litigation process, should weep at the lack of integrity, afforded to the victims who have been abused by their own government. Please call all of your friends, who don't have computers, and remind them to send in their post cards. I will try to continue to help the fen-phen individuals too, I will make a few phone calls to atty.'s tomorrow, and see if I can find out if there is a grace period. Doctor Bernard Pattan was extremely close, they harassed him with lies, threats, and he finally was forced to leave a practice he loved. I have asked many physicians, why they don't help us...the answer has been the same many times. I have a family to support, and you saw what was done to the physician who was close to proving causation. I don't want myself, or my family to be put through that, I want my family safe from harm. I understand many of their concerns, grant money speaks with a mighty force, that can change history in some cases.
Those of you who are victims of silicone, are witnesses to the start of what will prevail in the future, if we don't stop them from buying your right to pursue fair judicial process! It's up to you to help those of us, who are trying to help you. I know many of you are afraid to reveal your names, many have been told to keep off the net, when was the last time your attorney called you? This is where most of you turn for answers, support, and you get it right here. The job many have contributed so much time to, has been for all of your benefits, please support the endeavors made on your behalf.
