The letter from Ilena below just about says it all. However, I might also add that silicone implant victims have "enjoyed" a rather long history of outrageous behaviors by those surrounding them. In addition to infiltration of "mplnt@aol.com" we also had Penney Downey (Dow employee), who regularly attended the breast implant conferences, including at least the ones in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the one in Atlanta. Penney claimed to be a close friend to an implant victim, and was even seen "crying" and praying with the victims.

Ironically, the "attorney work project" also known as the Where There's Smoke, There's Fire" documents had already been placed in Kathy Keithley Johnston's hands, and she had reproduced them hard copy for sale at these conferences. For well over two years, these documents have been out there and available for sale to our enemies. It is also reported that Patrick O'Leary attended at least one of these conferences as well.

For the Plaintiff Steering Committee to yell, "foul ball" at this point in time, and demand their removal from the net, and other heavy handed tactics, seems outrageously unfair.

The readers to my Newslist (about 300 implant victims), and those that I converse with on the net, are becoming increasingly appalled by the behavior of those that claim to be "representing" us.

When something occurs of the magnitude of Ilena's posting below, we react by sending letters to Judge Pointer, who "footballs" them to you. You are supposed to be acting as our "self appointed" representation. Yet, we seem woe to get an appropriate response to all of this.

DEFINITELY broke Judge Pointers Orders # 8 and #9 with the aid of Susan Schaezler (susans3733@aol.com). She is the same woman we spoke about, who has been on a full tilt boogie defamation campaign against me since she connected with him in 11/95. She knew his identity and brought him into her group. We have an email where she is strongly requesting all the women to put their personal info in an email from 7/96. There is his name on the recipient list ~ the only one on the list who did not give even his real name. All of their addresses and phone #'s were sent directly to his computer.

He has also contacted women he met through the newsgroup. I have copies of Instant Messages he did with women asking about their marital status, health etc. Many women who he contacted while hiding under a phoney name were McGhan litigants. They did not know he was the VP or President of McGhan and when asked if he was related in any way with the manufacturers, both Ms. Schaezler and he denied it.

He left McGhan in 12/98, but had 3 full years on their payroll as both VP, Technology and President, Ireland while infiltrating this support system. If Judge Pointer's orders were not to be followed, why would they be given?

If this is not a violation, what is?

Many women are asking what has been done to seek justice on this and we would appreciate a reply as soon as possible.
