This message is for anyone who has been injured by silicone-gel or saline breast implants. We are in desperate need of lobbyists and media people to go into plastic surgeons' offices to attempt to uncover evidence that is being withheld from the public. These people must be able to ignore the manufacturers' propaganda and their tainted studies.

We need healthy people who are aggressive and not intimidated by the manufacturers and plastic surgeons. Perhaps there is someone listening, with both a conscience and money, who will put a task force together. This needs to be done now, because some of the women are extremely sick. Back in the spring of 1993, I interviewed a lobbyist, an ex-RCMP officer; he might still be available to help us. We have to become involved in what happens to our future generations, or they will end up in the same situation that we are in now. This is a major health disaster. If all women are as sick as I am, we are in big trouble. My chest wall is so damaged by the silicone--and the surgeries to remove it--that I find it difficult to sit for long periods. We have the studies that prove causation, yet both federal governments are covering up studies. Also, our federal, state and provincial governments are destroying our scientific researchers' credibility. I find this extremely hard both to understand and accept. These scientists are highly qualified; however, when they raised a red flag on breast implants, they were silenced.

Is there anybody out there who has any ideas as to how we can make this happen? With much hope for our future.
