Last week I sent out an email warning you about victims being recruited to support a doctor who, in the past, has claimed he represents you. It appears that this doctor, who supports a loser pay tort system, has now represented you to the National Patient Safety Foundation but may have represented you to the US Senate. His representation of you before the NPSF was fraudulent and both FAIR and VJC Inc. spoke up to clarify that he did not represent us. There appears to be no one in Washington to clarify this if it does occur again.

This is the time to scream loudly that he does not represent you. I have cut and paste the information below. You are all very good at telling me he doesn't represent you but that is not good enough. In addition to contacting those below I suggest you also contact Kennedy's office because that is where the first letter I saw was headed. I have compiled an email wiith clips he has sent me that demonstrate what I believe to be unethical behavior that could seriously effect you as med mal victims/survivors. I will not send this out to the entire list but will make it available to those of you who request it. Please, this is not the time to be complacent. Many people seeking power may rise up saying they represent you. You must not allow this doctor to continue to represent you or promote solutions that will further restrict your access to the courts and benefit those who have injured you. If any of you have given him permission to represent you please let me know.
